Family and friends have gathered for the funeral of former Newcastle United chairman Freddy Shepherd. Everton striker Wayne Rooney and former Magpies managers Kenny Dalglish and Sam Allardyce were among mourners at St George's Church, in Jesmond, Newcastle.
